ONCE UPON AN ACORN


Imagine how someone wakes up to a flying idea
Infinitesimal
and catches it
and just decides to pursue it
believe in it
and make something out of it.
He then builds his world around it
every other breath spent chasing it
time, money, life and other resources lost in pursuit.
He even gets the world to believe in it and join the chase.
Then he wakes up another day to its infinity.
The acorn has now become an oak tree.
Isn’t it amazing?
That “someone” is the hero.
That “someone” is the brave one
It could have been any seed but it’s the same soil and water and sunlight and air
You can be that “someone” today
* * *
A little sleep, a little slumber…………and you wake up poor
A little yeast makes the whole dough to rise
Little drops of water make an ocean
A step begins the journey of a thousand miles
Baby steps make giant strides
You see the thing about little?
It either makes or mares you
What little are you doing?
Just a little lie?
Just a little sleep?
Just a little good deed?
Just a little money saved?
I hope you get my point now

      There are so many dreams, thoughts, ideas that die as just ideas because the carrier wasn't brave enough to pursue it or make something out of it. I can explain more if you still don't understand.
